By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use. Formal audit work begins only when both parties sign an engagement letter that may supplement or supersede parts of these website terms.

Services described

Descriptions of audits for fintech on this site are informational. Scope, fees, deliverables, and timelines are confirmed only in a signed engagement letter. Nothing on this site constitutes a legal opinion, licence guarantee, or statutory audit.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials published by Slate Finch Advisory remain our property unless an engagement letter assigns specific deliverables to you. You may not reproduce site materials for commercial redistribution without written consent.

Client materials

Documents you provide for scoping or engagement remain yours. We use them solely to evaluate or perform the agreed work and handle them under our privacy practices and any confidentiality clauses in the engagement letter.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Taiwan, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website use. For contracted audit work, liability is limited as stated in the engagement letter and applicable Taiwanese law.

Website accuracy

We aim to keep fee ranges and service descriptions current but may update them without prior notice. If a website statement conflicts with a signed letter, the letter controls.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taiwan have jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, subject to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
